Transactional Attorney

Mr. Clayton holds a Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall College of Law. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and a Master’s degree in both Business Administration and Arts-Education.

He has substantial Senior Level Legal Counsel experience, and is remarkably competent in Expense Planning & control, Recruiting & Staffing, and Execution of Strategic & Tactical plans.

His significant Legal experience came from his almost a decade of working in Healogics Inc., an international manufacturing company located in Jacksonville, Florida.
The company has over 3200 employees where he was responsible for all legal affairs of their entirety. Part of his Operational, Transactional, and Strategic Accomplishments in this company, was when he developed extensive legal training programs that reduced [legal] corporate and field issues. He has also put in place effective Accounts Receivable processes. On top of these, he developed all legal documents to create Healogics Specialty Physicians, a Company-owned physician management business, resulting in an additional 35 contracts per year.

Furthermore, Mr. Clayton has notable International experience, working abroad, including Canada, Europe, and the Far East.

Mr. Clayton is currently serving as a Legal Counsel for Clayton Law, PLLC.
